We offer our services to companies based in India, US and Europe. |

Strong Management
Team. An outstanding team of senior managers,
with demonstrated track records in respective areas
of expertise. |

Market Opportunity. A large potential market for
the company's products or services. |
||

Differentiated
Product or Services. The company should have proprietary
or significantly differentiated products or services,
which create long-term competitive advantage. |

| · Rate of return. The Company should represent the opportunity for a high rate of return. | ||

Visibility of Exit Mechanism.
The organization should be able to show viable exit mechanism
options. |
||

Size of
Investment. The potential size of an investment
is 1 crore and above. (Varying based on the company's
stage of development and subsequent need for capital). |

BFC,
as a policy, does not offer its services to the competitors
of its existing investment portfolio companies. |
